So I don't know if this is just me or anyone else but does anyone else, when watching games like the Asian Cup, see the players and their physic is one that looks like an actual athlete but then when you watch Indian football the Indians look like starving twigs.

Agree with @ashindia. Also, look at the expat Indians. For India itself I like to look at Sunil Chhetri who actually looks like a proper athlete but then I will go on facebook and see a picture of Cardozo of Dempo and while he has done well this season he looks way to skinny.

Great match, Iran doing very good despite playing 1 less and yes like Arsenal said amazing physique, these teams are probably the most physical teams in Asia after Australia.
