Hm, thats probably why he plays for a Malaysian club that just got relegated. He is probably one of those Aussie players who had a bright career and was on a good salary when he was in the A-League but then he regressed and had to move down a level to the Aussie 2nd Tier and Malaysia.
Why dont United Sikkim sign Pedro Bispo Moreira Júnior. He is 25 years old and plays for Vila Nova in the Brazilian 3rd Division. He used to play in the J.League from 2007-2010 and the J.League 2nd Division in 2011 before returning the Brazil's 2nd Division but his club was just relegated. He scored 15 goals in just 45 games in the J.League and scored 9 goals this season in the Brazilian 3rd Division. Surely in India's I-League he can bag at least 10-12 goals for United Sikkim and also be a provider.
Now if he does not work out then perhaps USFC can try Denis Marques. He is also Brazilian. He is 31 years old as well. He currently plays for Santa Cruz in the Brazilian 3rd Division as well and has played for Brazils known clubs like Flamengo and Atlético Paranaense. He also played in the J.League for Omiya Ardija from 2007-2009 scoring 11 goals in 42 games. He was also the top scorer in the 2012 Brazilian 3rd Division with 11 goals. He, like Junior, should be able to come in and provide 10-12 goals or more.

Sandesh Gadkari you know is a free agent. Muritala Ali as far as I know is a free agent, he did not play for an I-League club last year but I do not know if he went back to Nigeria or something. I looked him up but I could not find anything. David Sunday is with Mohammedan but you guys should be able to get him from them using the lure of I-League. Felix as far as I know is a free agent and Edmar is in the 5th division of Germany.
