blunt but USFC have the smallest budget
in the league (by far), as I'm sure you
know. Nobody in India has more
connections than Bhaichung & I'm very strong in Australia, Africa, Europe & Sth
East Asia. So, we have recruitment
covered.
Any player playing for mohamedan whould be thinking that i am getting more money playing here,chould be playing i-league next season anyway. Why should i go to club with less money who chould be out of i-league next season.

As far as Hall's message goes it seems like the club is bloody low on funds and will attempt to use their connections to sign players.
