Couldn't resist this ..u mean a World class pre season with the best footballers in the world (3decades ago but don't mention that to anyone, its Nita's secret) is not better preparation than some random camp /national league/fed cup....

The best part is our "i-league is good" mates are conveniently pushing 8 months of the same performance from the NT under the carpet.

while blaming a 4 month competition for its poor performance, Super logic.

Chill. a country's NT will be as good as it's League (England excepted ). So no illusions there as to the Indian NT's performances in case of only I-league present. Point is ISL is only complicating the issue by pushing I-league out of the way, killing other tournaments, refusing players for preparation, and, horror of horrors, staging matches simultaneously with NT matches. As per them, only ISL matters, and nothing else! I don't know which football glory we are trying to reach.
