I hope that Foreign Coaching staff gets recruited for Arrows and Under 19 / under 20 teams.
Venkatesh / Abhishake Yadav / Panda should be utilised for Talent spotting in school tournaments 
Subroto Cup should be made a regular and bigger tournament

4-5 of those players are also former AIFF academy players so obviously it was easier for them to be picked up

@Ronny Except Sujit Singh, everyone else was part of India U16 and played under Bibiano (across two batches). Don't know much about Sujit Singh, was an East Bengal academy player.

Yadav and Panda are incapable of scouting, this is a specialized job. Also age fraud is rampant in Subroto Cup.
