Good news for IMG-R, Tata and BFC have submitted their bids, they won't care much about EB and MB, Bad news for AIFF, how will they now handle EB,MB and the I-League. It is also a missed opportunity to EB and MB as the number of franchises are filling up and may be filled up without their participation. In hindsight, the decision of the Goan clubs to pull out of the I-League was a good decision one may say.
Wait till June 7. I Believe AFC will merge both or atleast MB and EB will play in ISL. By the way why Md. Sporting doing so many signings are they playing in ISL (Techno has Bid)
What has it got to do with AFC meet? Are IMGR keeping their doors open? So, they realize it would not be the top league without the Big 2 (3, if one considers the league winners Aizawl FC)
BFC's bid is clear in the terms that they won't play in ISL if the league isn't approved by AFC for continental competitions. Huge amounts of bribes are being paid to AFC honchos to ensure a slot is given. Hence the delay in opening of bid documents, just to protect their backs in case AFC people don't budge for money.
The Bengal CM can play a big spoilsport by basically ensuring ATK plays outside Bengal. The powers that be must ensure hefty donations to the party fund.

Those mouths are the ones we read of everyday.
Now instead of just EB+MB she will want MSC to fill her quota appeasement.
Could have just picked up the bid and submitted it or stick to their stand of playing in I-league. Flip flopping won't help.
