What's the difference between entry  fee and franchisee fee?Isn't franchisee fee supposed to be a one-time affair?

so suppose FIFA/AFC study all proposal and then ask AIFF to do certain things

is it mandatory for AIFF to implement them all? as in last time i think AFC told AIFF that structure should be decided by AIFF (they didnt want to interfere)

can anybody explain in detail?

Fifa will decide the plan and will present it to aiff which will be rejected by imgr then FIFA will ban India.

More realistically, fifa will stay in 7 star hotels ask IMG to mke a plan and put some meaningless paragraphs to make it look like they give a f#&@.

Once U-17 World Cup is done and dusted, FIFA and AFC will become more strict with AIFF. The so called "Green Light of Dato Windsor" can become Red in no time.

Entry free and Franchise fee are different....When Clubs are Franchises most of the rights will be reserved with the league owner....all franchise entities will be part of the main league brand...(as far as I know, happy to be corrected)
