Paul schuttenbelt has already said that u15 ileague is farce , some clubs /"academies" hav started trial 2 weeks back and selected players without any contracts and that means scouting was shit, so yes nicolai adam 's scouts are right not to follow u15 ileague. u15 division was being planned from a year ago , notifying all stakeholders , then why didnt they start scouting 8 months back .
