AFC Cup is severely messed up right now. Kuwait, Indonesia are banned. Then because of crisis in Middle East, clubs from Iraq, Syria, Palestine and sometimes even Jordan, Lebanon have to play their matches in some other country. This seriously affects the sponsors, TV revenue, Gate money. Mohun bagan spoilt their campaign by playing in an empty Guwahati Stadium. Earlier for years Goa clubs used to play in Pune because of Floodlight problems.
