@atuljg If you look at BCCI and ICC constitution, Supreme Court has no authority to intervene. Lodha Committee is just a recommendation and nothing else. Just a publicity stunt by Government and supreme Court that we are cleaning the system.
Earlier after Commonwealth Games when Kalmadi was removed, India Olympic Association was derecognised.
If Supreme Court interfere in BCCI structure or constitution, ICC have no obligation to listen to Supreme Court and BCCI folows ICC.

dont be too pissed of Arsenal, there is a technique.. Its like how AAP functions. The best way to deflect that you are a squirt league is to challenge the class bully that way they take u seriously.

Until recently it was paid news to show how i-league is poor and why money is not trickling in to garner support. Once majority people still didnt give a fuck.. you finally had to submit to a merged league.

BCCI operates out of India, they cannot disregard a court verdict, specially a Supreme Court one. They are an organization registered in India. Their internal Constitution doesn't supersede the nation's top court. Lodha committee is a recommendation panel but the verdict once comes from SC won't be a recommendation. There is a super powerful lobby trying to strip apart BCCI and start afresh how cricket is run in India.

BCCI is  ICC, whatever the former says the latter is bound to follow.

Can anybody provide an example of any country where Sports Association of any sport - constitution has been overruled by Supreme Court of that country? Any change will come from ICC only.

Okay, munna. Then why hasn't FIFA banned Switzerland yet?  Swiss courts are interfering in FIFA affairs for corruption. Sports associations should be accountable to the Judiciary.

@atuljg ;There is a difference between "should be accountable" and "are accountable". Also how did Swiss Court change FIFA constitution? How FIFA members are counted or voting procedure? Supreme Court thru Lodha commission is trying to change BCCI constitution. Lodha commission says one state -one vote. Imagine Swiss Court telling FIFA that one UK one vote instead of England, Scotland, Wales, North ireland. FIFA has a new President. Did Swiss Court interfere in Elections of FIFA or told FIFA that who can be office bearer and who cant be?

USA and Switzerland has Financial treaties between them. as Banking channels were USA based, they were able to put cases against individuals for suspicious activity and transactions using banking channels which are American. But nowhere either American Courts or Swiss Courts, in any ways, change the constitution of FIFA.

This isnt FIFA, this is BCCI. We own the other bitches so we will do as we please, if ICC can let them stop it.

Again you are not getting my point. Supreme Court of India own other country associations? ICC and other Boards will listen to Indian Supreme Court when BCCI themselves are not listening?
No Government or Court can interfere in any Sports Association.

SC hasn't given a verdict yet. BCCI is a private organization and not a Government recognized sports association ala AIFF. Their internal Constitution is very much under the purview of Indian law as they are registered in India
