Two shit players for me today were Glen and Pritam. I am still figuring who will win the title. The defense of MB is really worry some, no good coordination between luciano and Debnath.
Hats off to Norde, all of the attacks which were successful was from his side. Yusa, he was the reason that Kotal's mistakes were not highlighted on the scored card. For a good part of the 2nd half, Yusa was playing more like a right back for Bagan tackling, blocking and Kotal was no where to be seen. Among Indians Pronoy, Jeje and Dhanachandra performances were good.
Cornell Glenn if bloody 35-year old striker who's best years came in MLS and has not been at that level since 2010!!! What did you all expect? Even at Lajong he was never that good but his experience helped him through it and even now it is but this ain't no Messi.
Some stat: Only four Indian clubs have played in this tournament, which are supposed to be the best clubs of a country: Dempo, Churchill, Pune and MB. Of these, Two have folded (Pune and Churchill), the third (Dempo) is almost folding. The latest, MB, is fighting for finances in a league largely unattractive to the investors.
We should stand aside and hail our federation for their truly laudable efforts to nurture our football!
