Now it's too late for BFC to sign a foreign player for the I-league. They can do so if they want to get into AFC Cup thru the federation cup.

they have afc cup matches too. but will they will sign someone for only afc commitments and fed cup?

Also, the federation cup may not take place at all as there are enough teams in the I league to have the minimum number of games played and also as the ISL do not want the federation cup to happen.
