I know there was a rumor of Jeje Lalpekhlua getting interest from the Sacramento Republic last year... would love if he came still. If Kaleemullah of Pakistan can get regular game time in the USL then no doubt Jeje could as well.
Could also lead to more guys making the move abroad as well.
I dont think Jeje moving to abroad would help much at this stage. But would want younger players like Udanta to move to USL though. It will help him to grow faster and better.
His anticipation and positioning is phenomenal. Not afraid to come out off the line to put off any attack. Didnt see him dive much at all in this match which also shows he is understanding attacks better and position himself better. Also he has improved a lot in air too.
However, he needs to communicate a bit more with back four. Felt that he was very silent.
@Nagendra You have that vaild point regarding adjusting to our condition but the problem in playing already qualified team 1. They are playing in world cup qualifiers and may prefer teams which are at their level. 2. Playing much stronger team, we mostly will play defense minded(Parking the Bus) like against Iran, so we cannot properly explore our self.
If we have the time to schedule friendlies after the draw, will better to go with teams in the AFC championship qualifiers who are our level or slightly better( teams which we can beat)
yes you are right.. we better plan after the draw..
But still I feel getting teams like Thailand and Syria in FIFA friendly window (sept, oct and nov) is not tough.. If planned well.. we can atleast play 2 matches on Fifa dates...
A good win indeed! But SC needs to stop playing Rafique as a DM, he isn't a DM, he is a striker ffs. A better team than Laos would have exposed that and Keegan badly.
