'AFC announced new rules of AFC Technical ranking 

for 2017 & 2018, ranking will still be 70% club points + 30% FIFA Ranking poins

for 2019 & 2020, 90% from club performance and 10% from FIFA Ranking

Starts from 2021, the ranking will be 100% based on club performance in ACL and AFC Cup.

45 clubs from Japan passed afc license. looks like not many associations taking licensing seriously. no clubs from oman,iraq,syria, lebanon,phillipines,indonesia,tajikistan got afc license
