They seem more genuine than the ISL teams yet both ISL teams and BFC were made the same way... that says a lot about the ISL teams.

Were they? The ISL was announced in October 2013, Bengaluru FC were awarded their team around May 2013. Then the Bangalore ISL rights were given to Sun Group
