INDIA TO PLAY RUSSIA IN BRICS U-17 FOOTBALL CUP ON OCTOBER 05

GOA: After participating in the AFC U-16 Championship in Goa, the Indian U-17 World Cup Squad will gear up to face Russia in their opening encounter of a five-nation BRICS U-17 Football Cup on October 05, 2016 at the National Sports Stadium in Bambolim, Goa.

 

Thereafter, the Indian Colts will clash swords against South Africa, China and Brazil next on October 07, 11 and 13 respectively.

I am not sure about the guest team thing as schedule is already out and no listing of that team

There is no guest team playing in this tournament. south africa,china is sending their NT,don't know about Russia and Brazil  whether they will send their NT or not....

i guess our teams shouldnt complain lack of  real matches.

now we get the real games which we ourselves wouldnt have been able to schedule..lets see how much we would have learnt from AFC championships..smaller pool is going to hurt..hope players dont get injured..China havent played in a while..am hoping we can beat them and a good result against South Africa
