Also, Bengaluru is not a non-traditional part of Indian football. It is just that there were no football clubs from these parts in I-league (or ISL -- but that depends upon the whims of our aunty). Lots of footballers at the national level from Karnataka, some not-so-successful clubs as well; and some Santosh trophy successes to boot as well. I think is was a case of not having good organisation, with moderate talents abounding on field.

Am surprised BFC arent talking about that. The referee in the match is gonna be in immense pressure to give a fair match to both sides.
I hope BFC wins for India and to also prove football can blossom in non traditional parts of the country as well.
