Could not agree more with what @sam says about Johnson....haven't seen a foreign defender so committed and so unostentatiously effective in his job as him in recent times...his sense of positioning, heading, interception is simply superb...and he does this without showing any fancy skill or pyrotechnics...BFC have now three other foreigners in their ranks but today he outshone them all....whenever the ball was thumped into the BFC defence, he was there at hand to clear it...phenomenal!
Roca has to take a lot of the blame. The double substitution really took the balance of the team.lyndgoh needed to stay and rubio should have been substituted earlier. However, there will always be off and buts BFC have been a massive boost for Indian football..hope the other ileague clubs start realising the value of a complete support staff rather than just a coach. Also I do hope MB show serious ambition in Asia this year.
One thing interesting for me why BFC went on all-out.. bcz they have the time& already Iraq side got limping...need to more calm that time..Roca should introspect the formation & also goal draught except the last day..BTW whatever they achieved in should time that quodos to them.Hats off BFC to rebirth Indian football

They missed Lord Robin
Sunil , brilliant run and then ridiculously throwing away the ball.
Eugeneson, failed to properly shoot from the edge of the box after a very nice setup by sunil.
Vineeth, failing to connect that set piece.
I am not mentioning all the midfield, defensive mispasses, we can't expect us to pass like Spaniards suddenly.
