Only vinith and don't forget bikash jairu are good for right wing spot. They both along with Romeo helps in defense too
That's why I think all 3 got chance to play for NT with SC

I think 7 players are enough going forward. When playing against stronger teams, the priority should be in central midfield (put in 3 of them) to help out the defense primarily.
