Indian Football Players - Spain for Development

Dear fellow Football Fanatics, 
My name is Chris Longo and I am a Football promoter here in Spain. I work with an Academy here in Spain that is called Kaptiva Sports Academy and I am looking for talented players in the age of 18 to 23 who would like to train like a pro for a couple of years and get back to India with amazing skills and their best physical shape possible. 
Where would I find talented players that are interested in such a program? I am just starting my research and henceforth, do not have prior experience with the Indian market. Therefore, I am reaching out to you guys.

Sorry about the confusion, but these are definitely separate topics. We have a program for young players (13-18) with the accompanied highschool education and then we have the professional program. This thread is dedicated to the later and hence I need to start a separate thread as it is much more specific. 
In this case one size fits it all imply does not cut it. Hope you can understand.
