And then I've to hear I'm against anything related to I league and also a supposedly mature member sarcastically predicts that I might have commented on a random goal Facebook post. Alas !
Mohun Bagan's play was a continuation of of their show during the AFC Cup matches and the last few I-league matches: fluid movements, constant attacking game, throw all cautions in the air as far as defence is concerned, industrious foreigners and a strong (real strong) reserve bench. So much so, missing 2-3 players were taken in the stride well. Also, I congratulate their young brigade. Sony's goal was a gem, no doubt about that, but Azhar's movement during his goal was a revelation: I will rewind that in my mind many a times.
Agree, but I would still say that their defence is still shaky...even today, Edu, Raju and later Prabir Das goofed up on a number of occasions...Anas was good, so was Preetam and they would mature with time...I have a feeling that Edu won't stay in the team in the next season
Right about the defence. And the weak link is Edu. Anas, however, has grown in confidence lately.
The attack is so spectacular that it covers other shortcomings. That includes the reserve bench. I haven't seen such a well oiled attack line for a long time.

Let this spirit prevail in the derby! East Bengal's "Lozenge Didi' (Lozenge Aunty) offering lozenges to the young Mohun Bagan supporters
Great work boys....feel proud to be a Mohun Bagani.
