Shamsin wants to come but he is contracted with Tripoli. He's waiting to get release from club. Obviously EB won't pay transfer fee. So if Tripoli doesn't release him the deal is off.
Poor tactics by Morgan which I was afraid of! EB needs to play David as a CAM and Rowling as CDM. Get Romeo and Ruidas on wings, play Kaushik Sarkar as U22 alongside Ivan in CB. Upfront it should be Plaza and Wedson.
Considering his performance in the I-League, I would say--NO...however he will always stay in the heart of EB fans for his fabulous performance in the CFL, especially for the two goals that he scored against Mohun Bagan
