Squad needs a rejig. Central midfielder crucial, probably also get rid of Cameron Watson to accommodate a foreign striker. Something's missing for sure. Not feeling it from BFC this season.
@Aidra I like Watson. Maybe get rid of one of the central defenders for the striker but I don't think they particularly need that. They looked good whenever they went on the attack. Chhetri played well and so did Udanta but the transition to get into the attack was slow or to confined to the wing that Punjab had time to get back.
@ArsenalFan700 I don't dislike Watson, in fact, his was a crucial role in the AFC run as well. I just feel his position could be filled by an Indian guy under the right guidance. Also, psychobabble next, but I feel he's sort of the cause for Eugene's form as well. What I am more concerned about is how much they are starting to look like a "typical" Indian side and the rigidity of the gaffer frankly.
Today's match was not so bad for BFC,luck with not bfc side,some close hit the bar & misses by Vineeth. But the problems still persist like off form of Eugeone,Vineeth & they are still using Khabra & Lenny where they have Malsawamzuala & salam (Use RB) if not Rino was injured. Poor selection of player cost this season. OK they want to change the Coach (AW) is understandable.But why they release Pradyum Reddy(main Scout of the team) ?
I'm not sure about Watson sort of hurting Lyngdoh's form. I actually want to see Watson and Lyngdoh next to each other instead of Lenny. Could be a nice little core there. 1 CB, 2 central midfielders, one being defensive minded and the other attacking.
