Draft rejects can be signed only if the club has less than 18 Indian players.. However the club can sign any Indian player from anywhere and not register them for ISL squad. They will officially be reserve squad plyr for now. Then in January they can sign them for the main squad.
But probably as a replacement for another player ( Not sure about that)
