Bagan officials are assholes, which we all know! However, a bit more intelligent assholes than Fikru to have him on the roster i would presume!

However,I might be proved wrong by them, knowing the Bagan jokers!!!!

Its not the ICL stadium. Its the one beside it. Its an athletics stadium with running track with stand only on one side.

Google says is's a cricket stadium. With a seating capacity of whopping 7,000 persons.

There's an athletic ground as well. I won't call it a stadium but has potential to be converted and developed into a football stadium. Any idea who are the owners?

Must be the local authority (the state govt/ municipality). The name sounds like that.

This is the stadium. Football Stadium starts at 03:50. This is a 3 yr old video. So lots might have changed since.
