Of all the 10 teams, I guess MB imports are the slowest of all - all of them actually stroll on the park! 

The amount of cut money is inversely proportional to the quality of players u recruit and hence the performance thereof!

In the last 3 years, Bagan was the most consistent team as they had the best team/bench strength/qlty of foreigners. And now in 2017-18....!
