Last year  MB & EB almost played ISL.  It was supposed to be the last year of I-League before merger.

Drop in interest from Pune City? They rose in attendance last season. More likely lack of interest in ATK.

Just look at stadiums of Delhi, Northeast,pune,mumbai,atk its clear isl is failing, imgr wants to rescue its failed product by adding MB n EB.
