ESPN and Star Spprts provided Hindi Commentary for 2006. Nowy, Ghaus, Charu Sharma were doing it that time.

Jokes apart, baring Samuel Umtiti , all other players (including substitutes) in today's game are born in France/France territory...

Even Samuel Umtiti moved with his family to France at the age of 2 .... He is with Lyon academy from early age and haven't played in Cameroon.

Just checked. 11 out of 23 players of France National Team which won the world cup in 1998 were also of other French Colonies background. (Africa,caribbean etc.)

They even managed Indo-Mauritian Vikash Dhorasoo in 2006 World Cup.
