Hopefully from next season, ISL permits 4 foreigners plus 1 PIO, who will be eligible to play for India in future in the playing 11. A player like Omid Singh needs to reside in india for 1 year before getting the Citizenship to represent india... ISL can help with that, so that we can get quality players for national team sooner..
