I-League clubs were looking for an opportunity to hit back it seems.

They had a long list of grievances. TV telecast - star sports 3 was stopped for many matches since january and it hit their sponsors while ISL matches are shown on 4 channels.

They cut I-League telecast on every excuse.

Minerva vs kashmir match issue has less to do with security but more with having a conflict with AIFF.

I-league clubs threatened boycott of super cup last year also.

Lets see that after this boycott threat, they can wriggle out some concessions from AIFF and their masters Reliance.
