U need to have clubs (CCFC) doing this... Making stars from humble backgrounds based on talent, merit.... That sort of ideology will ensure fans stick to them.... Not just winning....
@sam WHat @SiV ; is saying is CCFC at least cares to look locally. CFC just ignores local scouting. There is plenty of talent in Tamilnadu. They just overdozed even their youth teams with players from elsewhere(NE).
