Upcoming unknown but impressive skillful players that still need another season- Ritwik Das,Nikhil Raj, Gurkirat, Vincy Baretto, Sivasakthi, Lara Sharma, Muirang and Bhutia of BFC

Players that should be dropped but can comeback based on performance- Jhingan, Yasir,Udanta, Bose, Ishan, Mandar, Changte

Need to call back Nikhil Poojary. His deliveries and runs in wings are top notch.

He has found his form back this season. I think Manlo Marquez gives a lot of confidence to his players

A coach like Manolo or coyle should work with players like VP Singh and others. They just give so much confidence and trust to young players.

Another player we don't consider is Boris. He is super confident and very vital for this JFC team. He deserves to have a place in bench atleast.

I think Boris probably hurt his hamstring so he's probably out now

It will be difficult for Boris to handle physically challenging international football. He will be bullied by wingers. Hope he proves me wrong though

He is so versatile because he can play winger and striker both..a very good replacement for Udanta and Manvir
