But these people go more for optics then results.

There must be specific instructions from Relaince managers that in order to promote their tournament, they need england / spain origin white coaches.

I think Skynkis underrated ISL . He thought he could do the job with older players who have European experience. I don't think even now he understands his mistake . KBFC had a golden chance to sign an atttacking player when Cidoncha got injured but they wasted it by signing a 34 year old CDM when they already have 32 year Vicente Gomez on a 3 year deal (again, why ?) . Vicente plays in an advanced position for Blasters but it's way too obvious that he's uncomfortable there . There were some good decision to tie down young players like Sahal and Rahul on long terms deals but still the quality of Indian players KBFC have at defence and midfield are way too poor. Murray and Facundo are exceptions .
