Dheeraj saved a crucial one is to one too. Stopper pair needs urgent cover from Edu Bedia. Better to replace Gama with Devender. Let Ortiz fall a bit deep. He will kill 3 - 5 seconds with the ball and Devender can chase more effectively than Gama. 
However Juan will not do this change if he is fielding Gama as an extra cover for left back.

Because of persepolis  high line Fc goa should get chance.Devendra should brought  on in place of in place of Gama to use the left flank.
