EB has so far signed - Ivan Gonzalez, Pawan Kumar, Mohd. Rakip and Mobashir Rahman. Rest is all at different stages of negotiations, verbal agreements or plain rumor.
He had a one year contract with extension clause. Franchise didn't exercise the clause hence he was free to sign anywhere. Anyways, he failed badly last season.
But part of the reason for the failure is clubs like NEUFC and SCEB should let the coach build the team instead of deciding they know better. He had a bad run with injuries as well.
