ISL 2022-23: Jamshedpur FC to appoint Aidy Boothroyd as new manager
Jamshedpur FC have agreed terms with Aidy Boothroyd to take charge as their new manager for the 2022-23 Indian Super League season.
90min understands that the former Watford and Coventry City manager will join the club with the official announcement to be made either today or tomorrow.
Boothroyd took over a short-term coaching role for the Northern Ireland's national team last month.
Chennaiyin FC appointed German Thomas Brdaric as Head Coach. His last stint was at Albanian club Vllaznia where he joined ahead of 20/21 season. The club finished runners-up in 20/21 league and won the knockout cup. They played UECL qualifiers, but got knocked out at 2QR. He left the club in March 2022 when it was 4th in the table in 21/22 season after 25 out 36 games. The club went to finish 5th and won the knockout cup again. He also has experience in German lower tiers.

Steve Clarke 'fears losing' No.2 John Carver to Indian Super League
The Scottish Sun report that the very experienced coach could step down from his duties after their opening Nations League games.
Carver is well regarded by Clarke and is believed to have a good connection with the players.
However, the report states that Clarke's right-hand man is a top target for ISL club Chennaiyin.
It's said though that Carver turned down an initial offer from the club.
However, he does remain keen on a return to full-time football, with Chennaiyin still interested.
