That's because a change like that has to come from various sectors: the state and city governments and the schools. This is a cultural shift that is being asked to happen and it won't happen from something like this.
I still feel something positive comes out of this worldcup( may not be points wise) which should inspire people to think football as a serious sport!!Optimism!
