Foreigners are everywhere.Indians are only top scorers in Santosh Trophy where foreigners are not allowed. 

Don't forget the I-League U20. Thankfully that is still all Indian.

Hopefully by then the Pune FC Academy will be able to produce an Indian striker who would deserve to play more than the foreigners.
