Yes but do they have enough money to survive in the First Division. Indian Football is past that old way of our teams living on charity and such, today it is all about money and professionalism. That is why I am thinking Aizawl should wait one more year, you guys gained a following this season and are now exposed to semi-professional football. Now during the offseason work on improving by opening up and English website, youtube channel (dont have to) and try gaining some money. Then in 2013 get promoted.

We love football.. we will survive in the first division.. We have strong management and financial base. We have academies with promising kids in all levels. We are setting up two residential football academy with daily schools, one is under construction now.. Now we have 95 boys in our academy. Regarding english website, one of our partner a local software company is expertized in this regards.. Unlike other states, Everyone can speak in Mizo in every corner of Mizoram, not only in Mizoram, some part of Tripura, Manipur, Myanmar and Bangladesh.. we want local strong support based first. Let us hope that you'll see english version website during this Final round.. :)
