I think if aiif launch an official complain to fifa we can nail the ref on that.
And there are plenty of reasons to challenge heres the list...
1. As stated in the Laws of the Game for red card for last def, is "denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity to an opponent moving towards the player's goal by an offence punishable by a free kick or a penalty kick."
Now here it was not the last Def as GK was behind, it was not an obvious goal scoring opportunity and rather the attacker didnt even have the possession of the ball, it was with GK.
2. Secondly when the first penalty was taken Raju moved into the box before the kick, ideally it shld have been retaken. See clip

(precisely for this reason uzbekistan bahain match was cancelled.)
3. Now the less said about the subrata incident the better..i was purely Theatrics. The knee didnt even touch his abdomen and he was acting as we he was having labor pain.
4. Even if you take that subrata deliberately hit the player, under which law is it penalty. It is an off the ball incident as the ball was in keepers hand long ago.
But i also know nothing will happen because AIFF bosses will be sitting on their asses and they dont have an iota of influence.
And how the fuck was a qatari ref from the same confederation was officiating the match in which UAE was playing.
After 18 minutes of the World Cup second round qualifier in Al Ain, Debabrata Roy was sent off for an innocuous bit of contact on Mohammad Al Shehhi and four minutes later keeper Subrata Paul also walked for lifting his knee at the charging Esmail Al Hammadi, that's while the ball was already in both hands.
Hamdan Al Kamali and Mohammad Al Shehhi converted from the spot respectively, but the ensuing chaos almost resulted in the Indian team staging a walk-off in protest at referee Banjar Mohammad Al Dosari's whistle-happy ways.
With India down to nine men, the UAE eventually scored their third, this time in open play, after Esmail Al Hammadi played a neat one-two off Amer Abdulrahman's back heel to slot home confirmation on 81 minutes.

Colaco admitted after the match that he had had to prevent his players from staging a walk-off, but persuaded them against such protests by asking them to take the moral high ground isntead; "To walk away is something I don't think my federation will have allowed me to do."
"Giving red cards was unnecessary by the referee - did it merit a red card? Was it the last defender in both instances? The ball was in the keepers hands when the player came charging, he protected himself, who came charging? Look at the DVD I know he lifted his leg, punish him with a yellow card not red - the referee killed the game today."
"They [India's players] said they didn't want to continue but I thought about the sanction from FIFA and AFC. No matter what happens Argentina won the World Cup with the hand of Maradona and the whole world saw," said Colaco.
"So I said come on lets be fair. I know everyone has seen it. I know they'll have their judgment. Lets continue playing, don't take more goals and that's the reason I'm happy - with the spirit of my players especially the keeper in the second half."
It took six minutes before the second red card and the resulting penalty to be finally taken as Indian players and officials remonstrated with the referee. Representatives from AFC even had to come down from the stands to quell the argument amid unprecedented confusion.
But Colaco was insistent; "There was no way [we were planning a walk-off] we just wanted to hold on for some time for the [substitute] keeper to warm-up and come back - you have to do what you have to, you have to carry on in football, football must be the winner."
"[There will be] no protest, we wanted to go, unfortunately there was an emotional outburst with the referee and his assistant that doesn't take anything away from the UAE's win. I'm sorry if something went wrong because it happens in the heat of the moment. Frankly speaking the referee was the match man of the game today he killed the game."
"You were all a witness to this match, you all judge for yourselves what went right and what went wrong," Colaco told press after the game.
"The UAE was the much better team. They deserved to win today with the way they played football. But it would have been much better football by India also if the referee had not been the man of the match."
Just two more red cards would have seen the match abandoned and FIFA left to decide if the score-line stood or if the fixture would be re-arranged, but Colaco insisted it was never in their mind to pull-out or start sticking feet in.
Speaking of the return leg in Delhi on July 28, Colaco concluded: "It can be overturned. We faced difficulties here so likewise they'll also face difficulties. It will be our crowd cheering us on. It's a game fresh all over but it will be very difficult to come back from 3-0 down."

But what did aiff do? Instead of backing these players and going the full distance by supporting them and Fighting , protesting with the authorities ,they found a softer and easir target, our very own warriors. But i wonder how long can aiff hide its ineptness and keep playing the blame game.
WAKE Up AIFF we(warrior faithfuls) r not in hundreds anymore we r in lakhs.
But we must commend the players. They could have easily walked off.But they showed character.Had it not been for the "man of the match" ref , results would be different
.Had AIFF had larger saying in asian football, we could have lodged a complain, but OH NO!!
Past is past.We can't change anything now.Just concentrate on possession play and passing the ball. The UAE team has nothing great in it,we should be able to beat them in Delhi.People from Delhi, go to the venue and support the boys, make the atmosphere electric .Just show the Sheikhs that we can win the match in a legitimate fashion.
