Independence day celebration trophy, 2011

Mizoram Football Association has organised an Independence day celebration invitational tournament.

The tournament started from 1st August, and goes on to 12th August.

It has two groups, the winner of each gets to play against Shillong Lajong FC and Royal Wahingdoh in the two-legged semi finals.

SLFC start the season with a 3-0 win over Luangmual FC in the Semi-Finals 1st leg of the Independence Cup in Aizawl,Mizoram.
