quite a few people from blackburn forum liked pune fc goal keeper
I enjoyed watching Rovers play Pune. It was obviously a big deal to the Indian fans over there because to pay 500/1000 rupees to watch a game is quite a lot of money to the average man. To get 15,000-20,000 in the stadium paying those figures is pretty impressive.

Well done Rovers for making history in India. Wasn't the greatest of games but we had a young team who will gain a lot from this experience and more importantly everybody enjoyed themselves and we head home with no injuries.

P.S - Kean - sign up their keeper! What a performance!

BTW, I dont know why people are having a go at Myles Anderson. He didn't do anything bad or good today, all he did was pass it to Slew (who looked impressive) and kept it simple. Blackman, however, was dreadful!

    # The Ref should have not given him red card coz its a friendly...he sud have been lenient

    # Top performers were Chika and Shibinlal

Sahinlal was fantastic but few aspects needs to be improved on. especially the first goal
  • It seems the number of camera used for the game was not more than 2. Which of course didn't make for good viewing. This is what i am talking. The federation cup telecast was much better, now with i-league broadcast also gone to the ten action i just hope that they show it in a proper way. Moreover how does venky's think they can win over audience with this kind of feed. I am utterly disappointing after seeing it on TV. <!-- s:handgestures-thumbdown: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/handgestures/thumbdown.gif" alt=":handgestures-thumbdown:" title="Thumb Down" /><!-- s:handgestures-thumbdown: -->

It was really fascinating to watch blackburn play. I wonder how many more decades will it take India to play this sort of one touch football.

There must have been a condition of minimum no. of cameras in the I league deal. Lets not worry

If there is such a clause(which i doubt) it would be fantastic
