    this round will shall be named as round of upsets as top teams wouls be missing their national team players and probably right time for the bottom teams to capitalise on it.....lets see which team can do it.....
    But sadly one of title decider has to be played with neither of team having full strength...in fact dempo has to pu their reserve squad i guess...so a chance for churchill to pull this off

    this is what dempo had to do during last i league closing stage

    Dempo to play 4 games in 9 days

    3 i league games
    1 AFC cup match

    Now with 9 out 24 players on national duty,they will be forced to field reserve squad which consist of 4 goalkeepers .

    11 of dempo's 23 goals have come from indian players anthony 4 ,clifford 3,jocquim 2,samir 1 denzil 1.

    all might be missing for the next ties.

    AIFF should reschedule their matches or will screw their chances like last i league.

    With the form Ranty is on I would not worry and good luck rescheduling the SAFF Cup. Also for people arguing the decision to play Zambia now is stupid is wrong. We had to schedule the Zambia match now because we needed to play at least one more match before a tournament begins.

    This is how it happens right? I dont think EPL is postponed for the English national team's committments. Correct me if I am wrong.

    I also think Dempo squad has enough depth to handle the situation.

    world cup qualifiers, euro qualifiers, friendlies occur on int matchday where there is no club match

    Why are we blaming AIFF. Blame the SAFF for hosting the tournament now. Why now in December mid-way through the season. It does not make sense. Also the Zambia match had to be scheduled now because we need a friendly at least a week before a tournament begins. So no this is not the AIFF fault, it is the SAFF.

    anyway i am not really concerned about spoiling the chance of some club which just rule football in india only on-field and a zero activity in off-field...let them lose this match and make way for some other club...
