In fifa site they are showing 129 points for win against Bhutan. It will be same in case of any countries in SAFF who ranked 150+. Had we defeated Bangladesh or Nepal we would have get more point as they ranked within 150. problem is the weightage for tournament like SAFF is minumam like friendlies. If you beat Turkmenistan in a friendly or in a small tournament you will get less point, but, if you defeat Bhutan in WC qualifier, you wil have more point. Nepal got a jump in their ranking after defeating East Timor and bangladesh got after defeating pakistan and then Lebanon in home match. FIFA doesn't deduct points for heavy defeat like 0-9 in case of Nepal vs Jordon.
