After winning against world champions Germany, today India beat Australia in FIH Pro league . Score 5-4 , at one point India were leading 4-1 ! In the final quarter Aus came back strongly and won consecutive PC in the dying moments but couldn't convert any and hard fought win for India finally.
The core of their team was present.It was not their complete team but it was not their B team either. Probably 10-12 main players with 3-4 emerging players.
India was also doing the same thing with the likes of more regulars like Mandeep, Akashdeep, Surender, Lalit not present for us. Same was the case with them. So, if I have to label them, then I will say that it was their core team(very good team).
