The 2012 Bangalore Super Division is starting soon (March 19th) but it may be delayed due to the Central Government Civil Services Football tournament. Anyway this tournament could be important as the winner "technically" gets to play in the I-League 2nd Division for 2013 (provided they pass the AFC Criteria and (hopefully) a 2nd Division I-League criteria).
The teams I dont know yet but I know that MEG Bangalore and HAL SC are involved. Anyway it looks like I wont be personally supporting a team as from the looks of it all the clubs are named after a group or company.

Looks like HAL will do well for once in one competition.
Bangalore Mars player, Venkatesh, collapsed while warming up at practice area. This unfortunate incident happened at 87th minute when his team was playing against SW Railway at the Bangalore Football Stadium.
No ambulance was present at the stadium. Venkatesh’s teammates hired an auto rickshaw and took him to closest hospital, Hosmat Hospital, for immediate treatment. However, he was declared dead on arrival by the doctors.
Doctors suggest a natural death at first sight. The exact cause of death can be ascertained only after the post-mortem report comes out.

its cool. Both divisions barely gain any media attention so maybe we could rename this thread "Bangalore Super and A Division"
