<font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Okay, I still doubt it. I am just going to guess you are confusing NASL with the NPSL.</font><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;"><br></div><div style="font-family: Arial, Verdana; font-size: 10pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;">And lets be honest, any 1st tier Columbian would have one. Demanding a slot for PIO/OCI people is too much as those players are not eligible for playing in National Team. India Constitution do not allow dual citizenship. If you are good, then foreigner slot is available. Otherwise give away your foreign passport and play as domestic player. Arata Izumi should be an idol for all PIO/OCIs.<br>
