We need good foreigners to gain popularity nation wide....but, we also do need quality players to represent Indian national team. So, in either ways, it has both positives and negatives.

Considering that the usual group of foreigners in an I-League squad is 1 defender, 1 midfielder, and 2 forwards...
instead of 4 foreigners in the team and only 3 playingin a game... amend the rule to 3 foreigners in eth team and all 3 can play in the game..
we have to develop indian players and win games with indian players scoring..
