In that case, irrelevant threads may proliferate. What we need are more discussions, not more threads.
One may also look to resurrect old threads for new and similar posts. Would make the job of sifting through numerous threads easier for outside researchers.
Recently there has been a lot of negativity by certain members on the forum, from writing outlandish conspiracy theories about quota system and what not to predicting Indian NT's defeat by 7-8 goals. These users do not discuss anything but merely make negative comments regarding everything which spoils my mood at least. I can't say about others. When i started reading this forum 8-9 years back the users had meaningful, constructive discussions about indian football. But now the old members like arsenalfan etc are not active and some of these mew members are extremely negative. Please do something about it.
@Chelseafan, on the other hand, it gives me immense joy when these naysayers are made to eat the humble pie after nights such as this. I am habituated with negativities as long as Indian football is concerned, so no sweats. I welcome more negativities to spice things up.
@Admin please make sure that in order to create a tread each member should have minimum points, so that every week you won’t have to remove some random thread created by random numbers
This will also require some additional measure like how first few points could be earned. Eg spammer can create multiple accounts and can give points by liking spam messages, that way they can accumulate sufficient points and create spam groups. So please work on both scenarios simultaneously and create a robust solution
