Just a confirmation of the news that was already known

Keeping in tune with AIFF’s strategic plan to expand the youth Leagues, this season’s U-15 and U-18 League will see an increased participation of more than 25 Teams each. The respective Leagues will kick-off in 4 zones across India from the first week of October 2015. Guwahati and Shillong zone, Maharashtra zone, Goa zone, Kolkata and Jharkhand zone, will constitute the 4 zones where the Zonal home and away matches will kick-off. The rest of India zones will be played at a central venue in the month of November and December 2015.
The committee also put an onus on the participating Teams of the U-15 and U-18 Leagues to curb the menace of age fraud in India. The Teams would be adhering to the recommendation of the Medical Committee of All India Football Federation (AIFF) while registering the Players."
I was expecting to have 8 zones each hosted by respective ISL Franchise in that zone... that way AIFF could let some burden of their shoulder and many teams could avoid some travelling expenditures in the process..
Even if ISL teams couldn't organize I am surprised that there are no proper zones for north and south which means their representation is going to be lesser compared to other states
Archak one of the worst decision to implement u-18league by aiff bcoz we have already have u-19 . Instead u-18 we should Have implemented u-22 then it will be beneficial for clubs to selected best players to senior team
After seeing the matches of youth teams i feel they play better football than the senior team. How many of u agree? Also who are the players in current senior team who have come up through these academies?
The biggest difference is that this generation is age fraud free. Which means they have not peaked yet. The team of older days produced great results but we never saw them play. So cannot compare playing styles. As far as individual skills are concerned, these boys are much much much better than what we have seen in our senior teams in the last 15 years at least
